Richard Fuller

Main Board Director of Fuller Smith and Turner PLC. Chairman of the Point to Point Racing Company. Trustee of the Wavertree Education Trust and Chairman of the Cotswold Cider Company. Former Chairman of the Point to Point Owners and Riders Association. Richard’s wife Charlotte trains National Hunt horses from home and he has two children, his eldest being the former professional Jump jockey Page Fuller.

Simon Philip

Simon spent his business career in professional services, latterly as a partner in Deloitte. He is Chairman of Kent County Cricket Club and the Epsom Training Grounds Management Board, as well as being a member of The Jockey Club. Simon organises several syndicates that have horses in training with Nicky Henderson.

 

Simon Burgoyne

Having grown up within the horse racing industry Simon went on to spend 10 years working as an assistant trainer in a number of locations including Saudi Arabia, Dubai, South Africa, America and the United Kingdom. Simon has been working in London within the prime central residential property sector for the last 18 years and currently holds the position of Senior Director at Sotheby's International Realty in Mayfair. Simon currently sponsors promising conditional jockey Finn Lambert.

 

MIKE SACKMAN

Mike is the former Chief Information Officer at the John Lewis Partnership having most recently also performed Management Board roles at Waitrose and Argos. His 30 year career within the hospitality and retail sectors has also included senior roles at Mitchells & Butlers, B&Q and Safeway. A life long horse racing fan, Mike is committed to bringing the experience built within these large scale, digitally enabled consumer businesses into the industry.

 

RISHI PERSAD

Rishi began his broadcasting career in May 2002 with Attheraces and within eight months had made his first terrestrial appearance on Channel4 Racing. The BBC were soon attracted to his on-screen style and manner and recruited Rishi to their Racing team early in 2003. Since then Rishi’s talents as a broadcaster and ability to transfer his skills to any sport have led to his presence as a presenter or reporter at a number of major global sporting events for the BBC, ITV and Channel4, most notably, the last five Olympic Games, US Masters, The Open, The Ryder Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, Wimbledon Tennis Championships, Commonwealth Games, Dubai World Cup, The Derby, The Grand National, Royal Ascot, The Breeder's Cup, Cheltenham Festival, World Snooker Championships and many more.

 

MARY PLOWDEN

Mary grew up in rural Shropshire and has been around horses as long as she can remember, catching the racing bug in her teens. While studying Real Estate BSc at University and subsequently, she rode out for various yards in the UK, USA and Australia, alongside stud work, bid spotting and cards at Tattersalls and Goffs UK. Mary did a stint in Residential Property Sales in the Cotswolds before finding the pull back to the racing industry too strong to resist. She joined the Racing Post Bloodstock commercial team at the beginning of 2022.

 

HAYLEY MOORE

Hayley comes from a racing background; her grandfather Charlie Moore trainer in Brighton where Hayley grew up and spent many years riding over the South Downs with her brothers. Older brother Ryan continues to successfully ride on the flat whilst her two jump jockey brothers Jamie and Josh have now from the saddle and assist father Gary Moore who is a leading dual purpose trainer. Having ridden for many years as an Amateur jockey herself on the flat and over jumps, Hayley thoroughly enjoyed riding around the world for Great Britain as part of the Fegentri series. These days Hayley presents for Sky Sports Racing and regularly rides out for her father. Hayley likes to play tennis and take part in marathons when time allows for her to train, London was her favorite marathon to be apart of.
