ABOUT HAYDOCK PARK
Lying just east of Junction 23 of the M6, between Liverpool and Manchester, Haydock Park forms part of the backbone of British racing, hosting 32 days top quality flat and jump race days throughout the year.
The Betfair Chase, held in November, is the jump seasons highlight and a signature event for the North West Racing Masters Festival held over two days at Haydock Park and Aintree Racecourses in November, and is one of the most important new additions to the Jump Racing calendar. Other jumps highlights include the Peter Marsh Chase in January, Gold Cup in February, totepool Swinton Hurdle in May and Tommy Whittle and Last Fling Chases in December. Flat season highlights include the Betfred Temple Stakes in May, bet365 Lancashire Oaks and Old Newton Cup in July and The Betfred Sprint Cup in early September.
In additional to the first class racing there are three music nights offering extended entertainment with live music after the last race, fashion and style demonstrations at the five summer ladies’ nights and two family fun days, something for everyone.
FACILITIES
Haydock Park has a variety of enclosures where racegoers can enjoy the action. The Premier Suite, situated above the County Enclosure in the Centenary Stand, offers relaxed and sophisticated surroundings from where you can enjoy your day’s racing. The suite includes bistro dining, betting facilities and a viewing balcony overlooking the Winning Post.
The popular Country Enclosure, directly opposite the winning post, provides easy access to the Centenary Stand, Tommy Whittle Stand, Colours Restaurant and Champagne and Seafood Bar. Ticket holders also have access to the seated and standing viewing areas, as well as the parade ring and winners’ enclosure.
The Tattersalls and Newton enclosures offer more casual viewing with a wide range of bars and food outlets and a children’s play area.
